Aside from the UK, Hannah has previously lived and worked in France, the Netherlands, and New Zealand and has a keen interest in differing international pedagogical approaches and how this can affect attainment levels of students.
Outside the classroom, Hannah enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors through running, cycling, skiing and walking. She spent four years in the Territorial Army while at university and likes to test her physical and mental endurance with events such as the Three Peaks Challenge and trail races.
Her three children are bilingual (French-English) and are raised using Montessori-inspired learning. Living sustainably is important to Hannah and enables her to combine a love of biology with everyday living.
